It is very important that you cushion your equipment for “shock absorption” as well as “crush” when shipping to us for evaluation and/or repair. This especially applies to heavy items such as power supplies and operator stations. |

Foam or packing material must be used on all sides as well as top and bottom because you never know which side will be on the bottom during shipping. We suggest you assume your package will be dropped and package accordingly. |

When using peanuts, wrap the unit in plastic so the peanuts do not enter the unit. |

A note describing the problem is helpful. Also indicate if this is a RUSH REPAIR. |
